I set up popcorn planning in April 2018 as a way of providing impartial planning advice to clients. I have over 26 years of professional experience of local government in a sustainable decision making capacity. I have had an academic and professional interest in “planning” since 1986 as I am interested in human geography and decision making.  Believe it or not but I don't like bureaucracy. I am a 'positive’ and 'pro-active' planner.
